FOJUS

FOJUS CONCEPT:

FOJUS (Fiber-Optic Jammer UAV System) is a fiber-optic controlled UAV that has a payload of jammer device with spherical antennas. By this, FOJUS is able to counter against drone swarms with widespread EW. FOJUS can be used by connecting it directly to the drone controller, or as a part of FOMUS - as an Operator UAV and the fiber-optic cable is connected to Relay UAV.

Before FOJUS, drones were able to carry only jammer devices with directed antennas because the spherical jamming pattern would have break the jammer drone's own wireless connection to the drone controller. Now, with tethered connection, the field has changed.
